Rose Devlin is the Lead Designer at Theory and Principle where she has spent 5 years designing countless legal technology products, from complex marketplace solutions, to Gen AI products, to public-facing instructional sites. Rose has been a UX/UI designer for 15 years — before legal, she worked at various agencies designing products ranging from large eCommerce sites to healthcare products, and applications for startups and non-profits.

Chase McCain

UX/UI Designer

Chase McCain is a UX/UI Designer at Theory and Principle, passionate about using research and data to create legal products that are useful, accessible, and engaging. Prior to joining Theory and Principle, Chase designed products for the GIS, e-commerce, and e-learning spaces.

Emily Johnson is a UX/UI Designer at Theory and Principle who has worked with legal technology companies and startups to discover underlying user pain points and reimagine user experiences for an AI-driven world.
